Eric Tommarello is a Managing Director at Butterfly and is responsible for all aspects of private equity investments, including due diligence, transaction execution and investment monitoring. He has been involved with Butterfly’s investments in Bolthouse Farms, Orgain, Pete and Gerry's, Rise Baking Company, and ePac Flexible Packaging and currently sits on the boards of Bolthouse Fresh Foods, Generous Brands, Pete & Gerry’s Organics, Rise Baking Company, and ePac Flexible Packaging.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Mr. Tommarello worked at Leonard Green & Partners where he was an investment team member on several consumer services and healthcare transactions. Mr. Tommarello graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
