Katie Cardwell is a Senior Associate on Butterfly’s Transformation Team. In this role, she is responsible for supporting Butterfly portfolio company management teams in the identification, design, and delivery of long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Katie worked in consulting at McKinsey, where she supported clients across the food and agriculture value chain in the U.S. and Australia. Her experience includes private equity diligence, supply chain transformation, and operations strategy.
Katie holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she majored in Finance and Marketing. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Washington University in St. Louis, where she double majored in Systems Engineering and Supply Chain Management.
