Kelly Shen is an Associate at Butterfly on Butterfly's Transformation Team. She supports Butterfly portfolio company management teams in the identification, design, and delivery of long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Kelly was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she worked primarily on operational, logistics, and supply chain planning projects. Her experience includes network optimization, large capital project management, and transformations.
Kelly graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences.
