Nicolle Bendel serves as Project Manager at Butterfly, leading critical initiatives across the Transformation team and broader firm. In partnership with Derick Prelle, Partner & Chief Transformation Officer, she orchestrates operational execution for the Transformation team while spearheading firm-level strategic initiatives.
Before joining Butterfly, Mrs. Bendel served as the Business Development Events Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Platinum Equity, where she managed events and provided executive support to senior leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Environmental Science from Sonoma State University.
